So I'm standing in line to buy milk this morning and what do I see on the headlines:

alright for those of you who didnt watch palins speech here are some highlights

and i am pretty sure if she wins (which i honestly hope not but just in case) she will be nice and easy to make fun of just like hilary and obama were / are

Gawd, she's so extreme, I watched the original speech that night and I was like wow.

OMG Obama:"You can put lipstick on a pig. It's still a pig. You can wrap up an

McCain camp flipped out saying Palin deserves an apology, lmao.

So then today, McCain was all like "I'm going to go to Washington to help with the negotiations, let's delay the debates so we can handle more important issues."

And Obama was like "Nigga, I'll go to Washington if the want me, I ain't gettin' in their way if they ain't janglin' for my change! This is important biznass! And even I did go, I'll still take you in the debate as scheduled!"

Hey not sure if anyone even reads this thread anymore, but wow you guys should keep up with politics, what's going on right now is crazy.

Not so much funny, as completely, utterly, and soul-crushingly depressing.

i really need to find out where all the canidates stand on everything. if i don't know where they stand then i won't vote. if i do know where they stand but i don't like either of them then i won't vote. i'm not going to vote blindly and i'm not going to vote for someone i do not like just because i don't like the other one either. and i know everyone pulls the 'my vote won't matter' thing but really, our country is decided by electoral votes not popular votes so in the end it really doesn't matter because i'm not part of the electoral. so there

Wow, I think I might need to group you with Marshall and Ben in terms of how ridiculous you sound.

i'm not lazy, i have a registration form, which i am going to fill out so i can vote here on campus when the date comes, and even though it's based off of electoral votes i'll probably still vote IF(!) i know where the canidates stand and IF(!) i actually like one of them. i'm ill-informed at this point in time, and i'm working on it.

that part as the only part that i went against in my second statement, the rest of my first statement was about the same. i'm not going to vote blindly and i'm not going to vote for someone i don't like.
