So guys, while there may be a chance this is a bug (though people are thinking it may not be with the whole faction changes and such) but currently you can make characters of the opposite faction on PvP realms.

I TOTALLY deleted my Tauren druid and made a Nelf druid. I'm happy.

It was funny though because literally everyone in the Nelf starting area was a druid played by somebody who normally plays Horde, but they didn't like Tauren. rofl.
