Well I spilled some of my drink on the carpet so now my mom is going to come home and be like" Why does the house smell like beer?'' So that will be fun.

Oh god ... you don't even want to hear my vent ... basically my day yesterday SUCKED ASS, and trust me ... it just kept going.

I feel like absolute shit. My stomach feels like it is trying to escape through my abdomen. I have a sore throat and a lil headache too. ugggg!So I am going to take a nap and then pick up my son from day care.

Got really sick yesterday
And today I woke up and my throat was all sore and red. And my lymph nodes are swollen. So I think I have strep. Grrrr!

Joe STILL hasn't come home. Apparently he texted Jeremy earlier, telling him to remind me to put the money I owe him in his account. Jeremy then asked him where he is and Joe responded "on vacation" and then turned his phone back off. So at least we know he's alive. -sigh- I'm sure as hell not putting a penny into his account though. I'm not funding this little escapade of his. Jeremy also called Aamir, and he said that he hasn't heard from Joe at all. That means if Aamir is actually telling the truth, then Joe is in fact spending his nights out on the streets.

Ok, so if you don't know about a month/month and a half ago I started working at JC Penney's portrait studio doing sales and enhancing. I soon realized that I didn't like it as much as I thought I would, but figured I could deal with it because at least I was getting paid.

The studio is only open until 7:00 during the week, and my classes go until 3:00, and it takes an hour to get there by bus, so basically I never work during the week. This means I only work weekends. My first two weeks or so, I would work like all day on Saturday and Sunday, so it was all good. But thats started to change.

We're constantly over staffed, so they've been cutting hours... yet we're still taking on new hires. I took this job assuming I'd be working about 20 hours a week, as is typical for a part-time job, but as it turns out I'm LUCKY if I even get close to 20 hours every TWO WEEKS.

The paycheck I just got was for $178.

I'm going to art school. Tuition is expensive, and I'm constantly having to buy various supplies.

Making $178 every two weeks is not going to fly.

And thats back when I was getting "good" [notice the quotes around good] hours. This week... I worked TWO hours. TWO. Next week I'm scheduled to work about ten hours. Ugh.

Tomorrow morning I'm waking up bright and early, going downtown, and hitting the job trail again. I'm hitting it like the fist of an angry god. That is to say... hard.

The second I find a new job, I quit.
