Vonage rocks balls though, if not for Qwest's bundle deals being so cost-effective I'd prolly have convinced my parents to switch to them.
Though telecommunitivity and such is kinda like banks, it really depends on your area and needs; they will differ quite a bit in each individual encounter and generalizations about them really are hard to rationalize to every party involved.

for us vontage was also the cheapest most cost efficient, but that's because Quest fucked us over so many times and over charged us when they shouldn't have.
