cause its wow with a few changes you can do

I wouldn't know. I've heard about it, but not in detail. I'd say that if you're going to try playing both WoW and Aion at the same time, you're going to be losing money on the subscription fee of either the one or the other though. It kind of depeneds on how bored you are with WoW right now. In that light, it may be an idea to just wait for Cataclysm to come out.

agreed

I woulld cancel my payments for WoW, because I would not want to be paying for 2 games, and the total coming to like, 29.98 or something like that, screw that noise. Basically, if I do decide to purchase Aion, I'd buy it, and play for the 30 days when I purchase it, and make my decision from there. But not this pay check, since I need to work on my car.

Well here's my in-depth observations from an expert analysis I've done many times before.

MMO's aren't so much a gaming experience as a social experience. Quite frankly, even the worst, most flawed MMO's can be quite fun when you've got someone to play with, and conversely even the best MMO's gameplay-wise can be boring as hell without a good social experience to go with it.

This is why many gamers often start playing one MMO and rarely ever switch. The reason for this is because you establish social connections (or maybe you already had them in real life and that's why you started playing in the first place) and friendships often die hard.

So keeping this in mind when considering what to do is probably the key thing. Also remember that there are MANY other MMO's out there that have improved well upon WoW and doing some research and some trials before deciding would be well advised.

You know what new game that no one knows about that I find interesting?

Fret Nice.

A platformer that is controlled by guitar controllers.

You're silly Justin, I remember seeing that in last months' OPM, think it'll be any good? Personally I don't think the art is very good.

Also what is your take on Newerth? Would you buy it if it came out? Think if it does they'll just be sued into the ground from Blizzard?

Also, remember Project Natal? Sources say that it's price will mirror an XBox system, meaning $199-$299 at launch.

I probably wouldn't buy it.
Also, I thought it was by Blizzard.
Seriously, I was checking the entire site up and down looking for Blizzard somewhere. Hell even the HoN logo looks like Blizzard.
And since Blizz loves money...Yeah, they'll probably sue the pants off of them. If they can, legally, that is.

That's just the thing though, everything about it looks like Blizzard made it, even though it's entirely done by S2 Games who aren't affiliated with Blizzard in the least.

And remember Justin, just because it's a third-party mod or map, doesn't mean the third-party owns it, in fact if you read the fine print on most if not all games, it will say that you do not retain ownership on anything you make using their tools.

Besides the look being similar, the game's engine looks almost identical to that of Warcraft 3, which would be a big problem. It's one thing to look like an established company and its game, but another to swipe the engine (the underlying framework that makes the game what it is) and make a game around it and then try to sell it. If anyone can remember when Sega sued Fox interactive because The Simpsons: Road Rage was so similar to Crazy Taxi, this might turn out the same. All in all I think the future doesn't bode well for HoN.

And if you don't remember Project Natal, then that's one less fanboy who thinks it isn't just a gimmick and it's the greatest thing ever.
