Mmmmm......Food

I thought we should have a food forum where we well talk about food. You can put recipes, share your recommendations, tell us what you're craving, etc...

I will start...


Mozzarella sticks sound delicious right now. with some warm marinara sauce.


Also I went to Applebee's last night with my family and they have this thing called Mile High Ice Cream Pie. It's Oreo cookie crust, then chocolate ice cream, then peanut butter ice cream, then topped with whipped cream and Oreo crumbles.And then the dessert is drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce. It was like 5 minutes of heaven.

I went grocery shopping last night and got Tang... good times.

I have never had Tang but I do remember the commercials with the orangutans.

I had homemade cheesecake with raspberry topping at a place called Victory Grill.
May have been the best cheesecake I've ever had.
It took me so long to eat because I was savoring every bite.

Ahh, so delicious desu~

My latest addiction is Hot Spinach and Artichoke dip. Applebee's has some on their menu and its fucking great. I also have a recipe that has through much trial and error (though even the errors were yummy) is also fucking delicious.

The stuff is seriously so good. Mmmmmmm.

mmmmm That is what I had last time I was at Applebee's and it was quite delicious. I've never been a fan of cheesecake because I think it looks weird but I'm open to try it if someone made it.

I used to hate cheesecake, and then i randomly started craving it like crazy all the time for the past year. I finally indulged and bought some at cub yesterday. yummy yummy.

My problem with cheesecake before was that the only kind i had tried had a very strong cream cheese flavor. I'm not a big fan of cream cheese.

Ah yes, I myself do not really like cream cheese either, but fortunately I have never had cheesecake in which I could taste it.

wait a tick. you can;t taste the cheese in the cheesecake. Does that make sense or is it just me.

Of course it does...erm...I guess.
There's a slight taste of it, but it's more texture, I think.

Nooo, you can definately taste the cheese in cheesecake, it just happens to be overshadowed by delicious, creamy, sugury goodness. I, for one, used to HATE cheesecake for the express reason that it did taste like cheese (and I dislike raw cheese). Although now, I like cheesecake, for one of three possible reasons:

1) My sense of taste has developed.

2) My sense of taste has dwindled (scientific fact)

3) They are making cheesecake better and more sugary delicious than before.

Mmmm...cheesecake.

By the way, Cheesecake and pancakes are my secret weaknesses, shh, don't tell!
