Ah, so back when I first started dating Brentt I was so worried that I would end up accidentally calling him "Brett",
but I'm glad to say that it's actually turned out the other way around.

When I talk to Brett I keep almost calling him "Brentt".

It annoys the shit out of him, and it makes me insanely happy.
Oh how he hates not being the center of my universe.

EDIT: Oh, and on a side note... he's still trying to get sexual favors from me even though he knows I'm in a relationship.
What a douche. Like I'd actually cheat on Brentt. He means the world to me. <3

EDITEDIT: Oh yeah, and he's in a relationship too. Just though I'd throw that in there. I'm used to his man-whoreness, so I forgot to mention that at first. I'm used to him cheating on every woman he's with... but I figured I'd add it here just for good measure. lol.

Erg.... and then after that the conversation switches to me going into teaching and he says

"What a waste. You have much better talent than teaching."


And he then tells me he'll get me fired from a teaching job,
because he wants to make sure I don't waste my life.


I just can't get a read on this guy...
I've known him for like seven years, and I still can't even begin to understand him.

if you ever need to "get a read" on someone do this... it seems to work for me pretty well...

Pffft! I was confused about whether "roll for damage" was supposed to just be a nerd term to figure out how much damage, or whether it was supposed mean that both that AND how your car would roll [into a ditch]; you know, one of those double meaning things. But of course, how does one roll your car from rear-ending someone? This left me wildly confused.

Although, I suppose, if you want to add this to the "corrupt-o-meter," that I saw the world "tail" and wondered if you weren't trying to make a sick joke. To your corrupting credit (i suppose) I actually tried for a good two minutes or so to think of how that could be considered sick, but I came up blank and settled on being confused instead.

As for Brett, I don't believe I've ever met him, but from what you're telling me, he sounds terrible.

Justin: Justin may also have won points on the corrupt-o-meter for making me wonder what he imagines happening when he replaces Yugi with specific other people. Fortunately for my sanity, I'm not very good at reading Justin's mind (oh ****, that's a pun and I didn't even realize it. I'm keeping it! ).

Nope, none of you have never met Brett. He's the only person from my pre-St. Francis life that I still talk to. lol. He is a horrible person.

Marshal: I'd try doing something similair in my own DnD games, but that just wouldn't work. You try asking [most] people for a backstory and they'll give you "uhhh...I like to kill/steal things." Then you actually try to play on the pity aspect, and here comes the "so they're gonna die? Hmmm, that sucks; did they have anything valueable on them?" The closest I've managed to come to pulling off that plot hook successfully is "Someone other than ME is killing them? Well that just can't be accepted"

In unrelated news, thursdays are my new favorite day of the week. My classes start at 1:30pm, so I get this wonderful time in the morning to sleep in and relax. I'll be paying for it until 5:25, but it's a tradeoff I'll gladly take.
