I can't possibly imagine what sort of homework would compel you to do that. I thought my homework was bad, but you've got me beat hands down.

Hahaha, I'm doing this project for Image Manip, where we have to find some sort of awesome image manipulation that someone did, and try to emulate it.

Well, after much searching I finally found this frickin' awesome picture that someone did where they made Lucy Liu look like a mannequin. Incidentally, she was naked from the waist up [though her arms were very strategically placed, as to make the picture not so revealing].

So that means I need to find a picture that is at least somewhat similar, on which to copy the effect. So I was looking through the stock on Getty Images, and I needed to look through 10 pages of nekkid bitches until I found one I liked.

Er - liked for the manipulation, not liked in general.

Well, at least you had an idea to go on. If it were me, I'd have spent at least half the deadline trying to come up with an idea of what I wanted to do the project on. Although I have to say that you should have seen that coming when you picked that topic

I went to the debate meeting this saturday as a judge, where they fed me and paid me $50.00 for the "job." They had me judging novice LD debators, which is nice when you can see potential starting off at such a young age, but it is agonizing having to stare at a flow, pick out obvious flaws, and not see the opponent even mention them. Gah! At the end of at least two debate rounds I had to sit in the room, staring at the flow, telling myself that I had to judge the round on how well the debators argued, not how flawed their case structure was.

Of course, while I was there, I got to see a few familiar faces: Mr. Fetzik, Cassie, Geordin, and Hannah, so that was fun.

I judged so much last year, and now this year I haven't had the opportunity to do so. I've been so busy, and have no means of transportation. /emo.

Last year they had me judge Open PF so often, and it was awkward because I'd walk in and they'd be like "O HAY U~" and I'd be like "lol, I beat you."

Er, well... the discourse wasn't exactly like that.... heh. ^^;
But seriously, I judged so many people that I had debated [and won] against.

Whats new with me? Hmmm... -ponders-

Well, I have to finish this project before tomorrow because I procrastinated. Then I also have to make an interactive map before tomorrow.

And then I have to write a script before Tuesday.

I can't wait for this quarter to be over. It's killing me. And not because I'm bogged down, or because the work is to hard. It's actually the opposite. I have no drive to work on any of it because its just so... blegh. The only class that I'm enjoying is English, and that's not just because my teacher is a babe. It's actually a good class. [And I've always had a fondness for English classes.]

So I'll be sad to see that class end in a few weeks, but as for the rest of them... good riddance!

Oh~
And also, I turn twenty in like two weeks.
I'm going to be officially old. No longer a teenager.

Oh, and, and, and... the Main_Frame is finally put together. Well, the file is anyway. We're sending it out to the communications director and the lawyers on Monday, and then it's off to the printers. I'm pretty pumped to see the hard copy. That thing is like... my baby. lol. I put quite a bit of work into it. I wrote an article [in like an hour, lol... so no big deal there], I edited like 50% [if not more] of the articles in there, and I worked my ass off on layout. Huzzah!

Now we've just gotta wait for them to come back from the printers and we get to staple 800 copies of the beast. ughhhh.

Our old print service stapled them for us, but we just switched to the school's print service because the school just made things so one part of the school can't profit off another part of the school... so it's now cheaper for us to use the school's service. And as it happens, the school's print service doesn't do stapling.

So we're going to have a staple party. lolllll

I hear you, my classes are boring me, which does not help the whole procrastination thing. Of course, the one class which does not bore me (philosophy) hardly ever has graded homework. I'm a terrible procrastinator; they need to develop a cure for that, seriously. They'll call it "Motivation in a Bottle" and millions shall be sold.

Or maybe not, because I suppose then it'd be a really effective anti-depresant (and by extention anti-suicide) drug, and since it would then be medicine, the price would shoot up 300% just because of its classification

So basically, I was going to put another, different, random lolcat picture in there in attempts to get you to respond and begin a new conversation, but then the linkn wouldn't work. So I needed to edit the link so it would work; that was edit two. Then I tried it again with a new copy-paste, still didn't work. Edit 4 I found a new site with the same picture, but it still didn't work. Edit 5 was me removing my stupidity for the last time. And so here we are.

Ya. I've come to a decision. Since I have to get up at 5:00am tommorrow to drive back to school, I'm going to be now; homework will be finished on the 'morrow. See, I figured I'd hate myself in the morning either because I'd stayed up late working on my homework (or pretending to) or because I put my homework off until tommorrow. I weighed these two against each other, and decided that I am not a happy person when I'm sleep-deprived. Sooo, sorry Amanda, but I need to go to sleep. This doesn't scare me too much, really.
I'm a pretty good writer - especially when it comes to things like this.

Well I - being the genius that I am - mentioned this to my teacher awhile back.

And so today when we were having conferences with him about our papers,

It's not that I can't do it... because I can.
I wouldn't have said it'd be a great paper if I believed otherwise.
